BaseLine Achieve is our training platform. On it you will find a variety of courses that will help you always perform your job to the BaseLine standard of excellence. On your dashboard you will find the courses that have been assigned to you, which are mandatory and need to be finished in a timely manner. You will also find courses that are optional. These courses can give you the skills and the knowledge you need to progress in your career with BaseLine.

This month our featured courses are Sediment and Erosion Control and Environmental Compliance. If these courses have been assigned to you please complete them as soon as you can. If you do not have these courses in your assigned course area you can find them in the library.

How do I sign in to BaseLine Achieve?
All employees should receive an email inviting them to sign up to BaseLine Achieve. Once you receive the email you can sign up for your account and you will see your assigned courses on your dashboard when you log in.
What if I don't have an invite?
The invites for BaseLine Achieve can sometimes end up in your spam/junk folder so make sure to check there. If you still don’t see it contact Mona at rnewsome@bnxc.net or call or text her at 260.450.1622.
How do I know what courses are mandatory?
On your dashboard you will see your assigned courses. If there is a due date it will be listed on the course. All assigned courses should be finished as quickly as possible.
Can I take other courses?
You can feel free to take any courses that are available in the library by clicking the browse library tab. Browsing the library is a great way to expand your knowledge and learn skills that can help you to advance in your career here at BaseLine.
What if I am looking for a course that I can't find?
We really value your opinions and if there is information that you need that you don’t have and can’t find please reach out to us and let us know. Your suggestions are valuable in helping us determine what courses we need to make.
